I found my solution to putting up board and batten in the bathroom! Dry erase board…brilliant. Thin enough to keep the existing baseboard trim in place but will cover the “faux tile” effect on the wall. Wonder if we can get hte landlord to pay.

Board and Batten, so much easier than you think. I may do that instead of beadboard…if I owned.

(This lady is a renter…zomg..I don’t have that kind of tenacity for a rental.)
